Looks as though some customers have brought a class-action suit over the iPod nano. They want to seek reimbursement for not only the iPod, but the legal fees as well. Not only that, but they also want Apple's profits made from nano sales.

Only in America.

thats pretty stupid. Couldn't they have just returned it???
Alecto
Most likely, but people will do anything for money.
GameClaw_268
Well, they'll probably end up loosing money. Then they'll never get a new iPod tongue.gif
Senor Halo Blue 9
Then THEY'LL OR YOU will get a new I-pod? And anyway if Apple loses profits then the rest of the I-pods will be doomed. It is just best to get a I-pod Video. Nano, slim yes, safe, heck no!

I am not favourable of the sleeves. They offer little protection and are fugly. I use a silicone case. I mean, sleeves can protect the iPods from scratches to some extent, but silicone cases are the best choice due to their low cost, low maintenance, and shock-absorbtion.

Yeah i agree. The sleves are really hard to fumble with and don't help much. Silicons are a lot better for obious reasons. Although I beleive sleves are much more soft and cusiony and nice, for real protection they suck...

i agree.... sleeves also just slide off and then are useless but get an actual protenction cer an you're secure.

Yeah. Perhaps the biggest problem with sleeves is that they don't grip the player at all.

they need to make rubber/plastic sleeves so you can plug it in easier but still hve protecion and it being small

Well, my silicone sleeve allows the iPod to be plugged in with the case still on. Not to mention silicone is more durable than rubber anyway.
