Sorry, that's pretty hilarious if you can read Russian

The only thing keeping me from bothering to learn written russian is the idea of learning a whole new alphabet (cyrillic) to boot.

It literally means "Happy birthday freak of a guitar"... the guitarfreak part shouldn't have been put in the convertor. Cyrillic is really easy though. Just make a print-out card converting Cyrillic characters into Latin ones. And spelling in Russian is very simple... freakish rules in English like silent letters are almost nonexistant.
