Just like Serbs, I've noticed a small degeneration in the quality of KL (maybe it's my fault tongue.gif), and it (suprise, suprise) sucks. Now a days because I have so much to do (school, hockey, new Xbox, *cough* friend and stuff), I don't have that much time. So I'll leave KL for some time, to do all the stuff I'm supposed and to test is it really me who is lowering the quality.

Bye for now, and like some famous european dude said "I'll be back".

The reason KL has started to suck is because some people (I won't name anyone) are disregarding the no off-topic post rule and some moderators and an admin (I won't name them either) aren't enforcing said rules. The thing is people, you have to know forum etiquette. None of you would last a minute on a big forum. You should see how anyone who can't spell correctly or use grammar correctly will get terrorized on a professional board. Here's a few tips to help you out:
  • Make sure never to turn a topic into back-and-forth conversations on random things. There's a whole bunch of IM clients for that.
  • Don't just go through every topic in a forum posting in each one. Seriously, DON'T DO THAT. I used to do it actually, a few years ago, and it was pretty annoying. Don't reply in a topic unless you have something really important to say. Never just reply for the sake of replying. In fact, a good idea for those of you who post too much would be limit your daily posts to something like 15. That way, you'll only post where you really want to, and not just everywhere.
  • When you post, make it in-depth. Never just say "I agree" or "Good idea." Describe your opinion. Say "I agree because..." or "Good idea. I think..."
  • For the love of humanity people, PLEASE LEARN TO SPELL AND USE GRAMMAR CORRECTLY! There are toolbars you can download for spellcheck. Google Toolbar is one. Always capitalize the first letter in a sentence, even if you only have one to post. Always use periods. Capitalize only when neccessary. Remember, all caps means you're yelling. Use commas and punctuation marks. The only excuse you can have for bad spelling or grammar is that you are not a native of the Anglosphere.
In fact, I have an idea that might encourage good forum etiquette. I'm gonna start passing out this sig image to applicants that I deem follow all these rules along with the Spam Guide of KL. Here's the image:
