With some minor revisions, the synopsis for Star Wars: A New Hope reflects the storyline of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Try and relate Star Wars IV, V, VI to the book Eragon. Very familiar.... Still a good book, though.

Because most stories use the hero's jounry which is a basic stroyline
1: The main charter is alone
2: Goes on a jounry to find the answer
3: Makes freinds and learns to help people
4: Fights the battle
5: goes all the way back home or goes to the sequal
