I've been notining that Guitar got named mod, everybody's has been posting that they want also be mods. But I don't get. Sure it's cool getting all the respect and suckups () and to be able to ban people, but I've understanded that it's hard work (Guitar vs Bobby for a example). I'd like somebody to explain me, why everybody wants to be a mod (if everybody is a mod, anarchy shall rise it's head) and I don't want to (is just me or are you all crazy). YOu guys don't seem to remember that "with great power, comes great responsibility" (where was that? Star Wars?)

Well,My share is, that, when a new mod was elcted,then,it really wasnt a big deal,but when someone told someone to run,i remembered,we can still do that!

Yep, that's what I've been saying. Fame and fortune is what most people want, and the thought of being a mod seems cool to the lesser people.

Just a note to everyone, asking to be a mod will take you further away from being one due to the loss of respect with the administrator.

Well, running is pointless. Lappy512 is likely not going to let some people just get up and become a mod. It's responsibility, and quite frankly, some of the people trying to become mod can't even form a well-written sentence.

We only need enough so that there can be at least one mod or admin on all day long. Except for the wee hours of the night. Sleeping is a boring, but necessary part in life.

One active admin and two mods are enough to handle a forum that contains 20-30 active members (depending on forum size).
