Searching on the web and trying to debug this error has led me to the conclusion that the upload emoticon item has a bug in it...if anyone has it they have 5 days to get a refund by sending it to me.

Speaking of uploading emoticons, why do we need to pay to upload them?! By uploading them, we are contributing to this site, so it would make sense that the uploaders are the recipients of the money.
