I'm not very religious, but I don't find church boring, thugh I don't go there often. But I'm lutheric and our chorches last only an hour, I don't how is it it catholic.

I can't comment on that, because I've never been on a catholic service. With us we only stand max. 10 min/service. (Does this sound like I'm trying to convert you?)

We just sing few hymns, listen to the priest, receive a blessing and say the creed (the part where we stand), again listen to the priest, have the Lord's supper, again hymns, final words from the preach and we're off. I don't know if we are lazy.

But then again, I'm not Christian, Catholic, etc. But going to a temple is fun. Especially in India, where they have Elephants you can ride on and give bannanas too. But going to a pooja is boring, most of the time. you just sit there and listen to a priest say stuff in sandscrit you don't understand except for the name of different gods/godesses. But most of you won't know what a pooja is. Wow, I sure am rambling on, aren't I? Just going on and on and on.... I'll stop now. Anyway, if you don't like church, don't go. No one can force you to follow a religion in America, not even you parents.

I can't go to church often, because I have work, trainings etc. sunday mornings. It doesn't make me feel bad, but I feel good when I can go there. If you believe, it's not boring.

I feel good when I don't go to church, it makes me sleep at night knowing that I'm not bothering god all day.

Our church has a band that performs worship songs...I play with them a lot....In fact, I get to do a lot of guitar solos in church. It really gets the people going.

I just refuse to do my homework. I either get it done at school, or it doesn't get done. I have to have my personal time. But I almsot always get it done at school.



No, we play some serious christian rock songs. There is this awesome band that goes to my church called Jonah33 (notice the userbar), and they play christian rock songs. We play stuff like switchfoot, audio adrenaline, third day, dc talk. We don't do any screamo christian songs though.

I used to be like that, but then second semester came around and about half my teachers decided that homework should be worth more of your total grade. So I went from not doing any homework and comfertably passing 2nd quarter, to not doing any homework and failing miserably 3rd quarter.
