Guitar_freak22, I have read through my recent hateful posts towards you, and I apologize for the continuous flamebait I've used against you. My anger was uncalled for, although I still think it is understandable given recent framing and lies that have spread about me. Sorry.

However, I retain my position that I was not negatively involved in any way in the recent myscrnnm/thisoldmage case. I kindly request my mod position given back, because circumstances of my anger are out of my hands, as you will see below.

I would like to explain my recent aggressive behavior (I am in India right now). Yesterday, the Shiv Sena, a Hindu nationalist group, began a massive riot stemming from quarrels between Hindus and Muslims in the area. The riot escalated, and they were blowing buses up, murdering pedestrians, and even attacking the riot squads. All of this is outside my street. Screams, fighting.

My family was not part of this, but the Shiv Sena members have surrounded the building and are like a keg of dynamite about to go off. Security have been able to stop them, but not for long...I am fearing for my well-being, and even my life.

I can hear protests, cars burning, and stones being thrown right now as I'm typing. I am truly scared, and probably won't be on these forums for a while due to the fact that we may need to confront them soon.

So, you see why my mood has been such. Got to go now, situation is getting worse. I don't know what's going to happen, I don't want to know what's going to happen. May God be with all of you.

Its been a terrible time currently. Yesterday night, Muslim extremists blew up seven train stations and killed hundreds. The police have imposed a blockade on the city. Shiv Sena has risen up in arms again, there is fighting in the streets. I was part of it; we convinced them, as fellow Hindus, to leave us alone. However, after the bombings last night they have begun the slaughters, and now the muslims are replying with equal atrocities. When I went outside to get out, there was a body lying facedown, blood everywhere, some is still on my shoe. I raced back in as the street fighting is getting worse. Sigh...at least my family hasn't been hurt...yet.

EDIT: HerLoss, that had better be a sick joke, you don't seriously expect me to stay away from my homeland. And no one knew this was going to happen, things have been so peacefull for last 15+ years in Mumbai...

First, not preventing a crime is not a crime. Second, he was also accused of abusing his power (the accusation that later was the root of his demotion). He has never abused his power.

I agree with Loss. What guitar_freak22 is apparently saying is that if a bank robbery occurs, then all the civilians/employees inside the bank at that time should be rounded up and charged with a crime.

As a citizen of the forums it was what he should have done. It was not related to his position, therefore his position should not have been taken away.

Mods are like the police of a forum. If someone grab's a woman's purse and runs off with it in front of a police officer and the police officer does nothing, then he goes to trial.

Was there a frickin trial for KC? No. Accusations flew and next thing you know he was demoted. There's problem one with your argument. Problem two is that it was not KC's duty to stop my account's deletion. It's his job to make sure spam, flames, etc. do not occur on the forums. It's the police's duty to keep ammature crackers from gaining unauthorized access to people's accounts. What thisoldmage and myscrnnm are accused of breaks federal laws, not those of KL.

Something we need to be reminded of here is that it was HL's account that was deleted, and if he says it's all right, then it's all right.

I created a topic in the submissions part of the KDemocracy. That was the trial. Obviously, once again, the admins of KL thought it good for KL that KC be demoted. Argue with the admins, not me.

I agree. And yes KC, you are being way too much of a drama queen. I doubt that you actually are getting screwed over there in India. What city are you in? If you have access to the internet, others must, so the bombings must be listed on the internet.

Look, it's out of country, and the American news reports what it sees. It's likely they're going to get something wrong or miss out on all the info.
