I made a pretty good userbar on the "paint" program. How do i upload it. it doesnt work

I personally prefer Photobucket, it's more user-friendly.
Hey myscrnnm, if you would like, I can create you an animated userbar similar to mine, so that yours aren't so big (yours are kind of annoying).

No, cuz personally, I don't like your kind (it's good, I just don't like looking at it), cuz everytime I try to look at something, the image changes. And don't worry, I have Macromedia Studio MX, so if I wish to do so in the future, I can do it. Plus, I like to be able to see all of them at once. With your method, stuff can be missed if the viewer is too cursory.

Size your image down to 1.5 Megabytes instead of it's current 3 Megabytes. Maybe using, oh, Microsoft Image Resizer?

Well, at three megabytes, I'm guessing you're using .bmp. The easiest way to make the file smaller, but retain the exact same quality is to just open it in Paint and save the images as .png.
i make userbars!i made all three of em' in my sig.
does image resizer have a logo or icon. my computer says i have it, but i cant findd where it is

Yeah, like occasionally. To me, it happens every other time I tell someone something.
