So I'm currently ripping off some guy's hack of placing a cell phone inside the housing of an NES controller. See his at: http://www.diyhappy.com/nes-controller-cellphone-mod/
I saw it, I liked it, and I realized that this is something I can do with my busted NES. (I'm also currently modifying the actual system into a cache for various things).
Right now I'm waiting for some glue to dry before I cut holes for the power button, charging port, microphone and speaker. When everything is done I'll post pictures.
BTW, I'm using a Nokia 6010, and I'm having an issue fitting everything in similar to the original guy's issue. Gotta grab some electrical tape on my way back down into the basement.
Edit: Pictures...
My camera sucks... so...

I swear there isnt a glue on earth that will hold those start and select buttons on. Tomorrow I might try some industrial-strength epoxy.

See the raised circle thats reflecting the light? That's where I installed a clipped nail because I forgot to position the phone inside so that the power was flush with the case.

And in this picture we see my abortion of a hole for the charger to plug in.
It didnt come out very good at all, but it didnt come out nearly as bad as I feared. It works, you cant really tell how bad it is at a quick glance, and I'm getting a new phone in a few weeks anyways. Well, maybe I'll keep this one with the new carrier if no one I personally know absolutly hates it. At least for a little while... lol.
