I've coloured red the boxes which I'm having trouble with, can someone tell me exactly what has to go in the boxes and where I get that information.

Site name: The name you want the script to show in the title bar.
Database name: The name of the database under your MySQL account the script is to install itself on.
Database host: localhost, normally.

I keep getting conf_error even though all files are uploaded to my webspace and all information is correct.

Which page is this on? (I forgot which file creates this error)

Erm i am having the same problem , each time that i try to install it i get "conf_open error" error in return
Any ideas ?

Try CHMODding conf_global.php to 777
