If I told you I would have to kill you. lol, if they dont know they have been hacked, why let the world know theyve been hacked? If I never tell, then they can never legitamately or illegitamatly say they know and/or have proof that they were hacked.

You do realize that only the extremely stupid hackers get busted, right? I could just admit it, stand before a judge and plead guilty, but there still isnt any evidence that they were hacked in the first place, nevermind who did it.

But why do they turn themselves in if they're gonna get caught anyway? And why do they try to hack if they're stupid enough to get caught.....?

They generally turn themselves in when they can work on security detail for the government or telephone comanies. Back in the day some of the best hackers worked for Bell to strengthen the companies security and bust hackers that were trying to compromise the system. Nowadays when a decent hacker gets busted they end up working for the government, hacking out instead of in.
The thing is, the good ones dont get caught, but a government agent might know them through a bbs and might present the opportunity to them. Other times they just get careless and get busted as a group. And stupid hackers hack and get caught just for that reason, theyre stupid.

Heh, gotta love the irony of it, hacking to get caught and getting offered a job to hack, encouraging hacking
