This is to make sure that both sides of an agreement are fulfilled.
Standard Procedure:
1. Person 1 (P1) posts a topic, stating what s/he wants to buy/sell in the topic title
2. P2 posts an offer
3. P1 accepts the offer, stating what s/he expects to give and recieve (Step 6), or goes to Step 4
4. P1 declines the offer, possibly asking for a different price
5. P2 does Step 3 as P1
6. P2 confirms what P1 expects will be given and recieved
7. The service is done or the item given, and payment is given
If someone refuses to complete his/her part of the bargain, report this to an admin. If a service was done, proof of this service will be needed. If the missing side of the bargain consisted of items or points from KL, we will be able to take the items or points. Otherwise, the payment for the service that hadn't been done will be taken and given back.
If any editting was done to the posts that included steps 3, 4, or 6, the one who editted it will be assumed to be lying.
Fining and warning is possible for violations.
