Lol at my school, i made a favorites folder called BOB!!!, and kept good sites in it like search engines and stuff, well all the computers in my school run on the same server, so every computer in my school has the favorites folder named BOB!!! in it, kind of embarising, but i dont think i should be telling my teachers or peers, because they might abuse it with swearing ect, that we dont want little kids to see, now you must be thinking this isint a big deal, but guess what? You can not delete the folders, neither can the teachers, i asked my G.A.T.E (gifted and talented edu.)
teacher to please delete it but she couldent, the only way to delete that would be to remove the server and get a new one, happy days! oh yeah, and my school has a right click blocker! rly anoying

At my school,we censor everything 13+ and we have usernames for each class,like 402,501,602,103...

during art,(myy art teacher is a nazi so we think)every single day hes so stupid, i ask to go to the computer lab to get reference images and i just check KL, play games, and watch videos of people getting owned by rallye cars. And i still got an A!

At my school we have certain filters like chat things are filtered out (GMail Talk is blocked, but GMail itself isn't, MSN Web Messenger, AIM Express, etc.), Myspace, Xanga, Livejournal, etc. are blocked, and various other crap like "Terrorist actions", "Hacking", and pornography are blocked. If you search for "poop" or "feces" on google or www.dictionary.com the school blocks it as "General Pornography"!!!




Lol, our school servers are like that too, a BUNCH of folders have become undeleteable, so there's a bunch of stuff that nobody can get rid of. It's really annoying but there's nothing I can do about it.

I don't think my school district regards youtube as something that needs to be blocked. Same with Krazyletter. Anything else I've said about my district's filters can be seen here. They use a hardware filter from 8e6 Technologies
