just like imageswarm.com, if i want change skin, what can i do?

btw, I don't think there's such a thing as 'skins' for this script (at least not yet).
In my case (and I believe the site you mention too), everything had to be changed the old way... looking inside the php files, adding more php/html code, removing code, adding stylesheets, images, etc.

I'm not very lame when it comes to webdesign, but to get the look I have right now it took me 2 whole days of hacking the script (with lots of lappy's help) to get it working exactly the same in Firefox, IE and Opera.

in fact, if you ask me right now... i don't even remember all the files that were modified, nor the changes I made. ohmy.gif

The easiest way is to edit header and footer.php, but yeah, what subc said, is the way to get the best skin.
