i think it was blured when it was scaled down

scaling it down would make it clearer. The image was either already like that, or someone used a picture/photo editor to blur it.

In Photoshop or GIMP, you take the original, copy+overlay/multiply, copy and scale larger, then set opacity.

I'd suggest resizing your avatar, and then uploading it to imageshack.us or someplace. It takes way to long to load the page on a slow connection.

I personally think Salmon are disgusting to eat. I dont eat meat or fish, but I do eat/drink eggs, milk, etc. Being a vegetarian but not vegan is NOT hard.
