On a different forum, a person asked for help. 3 servers of his wouldn't show changes he made to the sites. This happened to me a long time ago on Heliohost. Anyone know how to fix it?

did you upload it to /public_html/ folder?
Another problem is sometimes, when a host is moving you to a different server, the FTP is FTPing to a different server than the webhost.
But, you are syaing that he has 3 servers, as in a dedicated server? Then I have no idea, unless he is puting in in the wrong folder, or is accessing the wrong file (everything is case sensitive)
