I was in a really crazy car crash on I-5 this morning on the way back home. There are three cars involved. We are the middle one, and it hurts like hexx. My dad is making me to see a doctor tomorrow because i still have a headache like 10 hours after the accident. The worst thing is that we made a complete stop, and the car at the back slammed us at like 20mph, and our trunk is demonished and it is so strong that it pushed our car to the at the front that also made a complete stop. So word of advise here, DO NOT get a car without ABS... especially in washington state.

wow...I"m sorry to hear that; my dad (kinda) crashed at 5MPH, and the impact still was fairly shocking; it was fairly surprising how strong it felt; and so 20MPH? Wow. Hopefully you have a good Car insurance company.

Ow... we got a car with one corner smashed in, in a crash. I wasn't in it though. Luck.

the 20mph is just a estimation, but i doubt it is less than 10mph because i clearly saw the car accelerating until they brake the car, then the wheels are basically locked, and slide to our car because there is some oil stains and water on the road. You do the physics..
we have freinds that have similar experience, and we will claim that guy's insurance company, which is, i believe Farmers. But our agency is closed on sunday, so we have to drop it off at a burlington toyota dealer, and tell Allstate to take care of things on monday. what a day

Well, I think that this at least constitutes a good excuse not to have your homework done.

Looks as though Hondas are the best. I quote from Car & Driver Magazine, "There has never been a Honda that isn't fun to drive." The thing is, while these southern rednecks here in the United States think that Japanese cars are crap, Honda cars are easy to use, well-designed, and very reliable.

the car we crashed is a 2005 Toyota Camry Solara. So yeah, it is very nice, and brings tear to my dad. It has a 3.3 V6 too. My parents just couldn't get into a america-made car because it is just not really a car to them. My brother has the Accord from Honda too. Great car. So my dad is waiting for the pay check from Farmers, and get the car fixed so that we can trade in it for the new Rav4 from Toyota coming out late December.

The RAV4 you say? I would suggest a Honda Element, or a Pilot.

yes, the new one coming out. It is a lot bigger. The Element has a really poor ride, and the Pilot is a really good SUV but too pricy

Then perhaps an Acura MDX or a Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG.

Uh, Timebandit, we sorta don't allow double posts, so for later, use the "Edit" button if you have a comment you forgot.
We also don't like resurrection of dead topics w/o reason/information, but I guess that doesn't apply here. Just letting you know.
