Since the new Line Magazine from our school just came out, I wonder if anyone would be interested in writing and taking pictures again. Here is some background info, as some of you know, KL actually came from a group of 03~04' 7th grade students, which included, lappy and I. If i remember correctly, it kinda broke down when the second issue came out. The Line Magazine from our school is very stylish and profressional, but it talks more about the upper class man. and I think it would be very popular if a group of 7th to 9th graders wrote the new KL, and try to get some local buisness involved, it will be nice. Any thoughts?
I, again, would LOVE to be part of the restart, and i have some plans already.
Since your house is really really far away from mine, I suggest meetings after school at a teacher's room or something. We could also reserve a meeting room at Bellevue / Redmond Library on weedends. And for those don't really want to participate but want to get more krazy points, we can offer people like 500 points for every article they wrote, and 30 points for every pictures they sent to us. But one thing for sure, we need some photography. The biggest problem with pictures is that it is ugly when it is black and white. What we might to do is attract some local buisness to sell ads on our magazine so that we can actually print them in color. If The Line magazine can do it, i bet we could do it cheaper. And for money we might earn, donate them!
