I unzipped and uploaded the image host files, I set the permissions as described but no matter what I keep getting this error:

"Please CHMOD conf_global.php to 0777"

I have chmoded both from regular FTP Software and the shell:

-rwxrwxrwx 1 ip ipgrp 0 Nov 7 08:17 conf_global.php

in that case, try using v0.3, it's the same except it doesn't have an installer. After configuring it, make a folder called "uploads"
