Because of a failure in backups (I didn't realise that the server does not backup the database in an incremental backup), the database has been reverted to one from 9/11.
If you cannot login, please check to make sure that you have registered BEFORE 9/11, or did not change your password after 9/11. Because we have lost many posts and time and members, (used to be around 63,000,) I believe we can use this opportunity to gradually transfer to IPB 2.2 (first move the bulletin board, then when I rewrite the mods for IPB 2.2 we can use that as our primary). Lappy512 used an older DB backup to restore the forums. The server did not back up recently, so we're stuck here. Lappy512 is taking this opportunity to upgrade to IPB 2.2, since we're stuck at this point, there's less hassle.

I went into the files manually, and I found that the cPanel Backup system stopped backing them up ever since I opted for an Incremental backup.  I have the day off tomorrow, so I'm going to spend my time tomorrow getting us migrated to the new IPB. -------------------- |
